We appreciate your interest in our Life Coaching services. We are committed to providing you with the best possible guidance and support to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. However, we also understand that sometimes circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your sessions.

Please read our non-refundable policy carefully before booking any sessions with us.

●     All sessions are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

●     If you cancel or reschedule your session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount of the session fee.

●     If you cancel or reschedule your session more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be able to use the session fee as a credit for a future session within 14 days of the original booking date. All rescheduling is subject to appointment date availability.

●     If you do not show up for your session or are more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit the session fee and will not be eligible for a credit or a refund.

●     If we cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, emergency, or technical issues, we will offer you credit for a future session.

●     By booking a session with us, you agree to abide by this non-refundable policy and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to check your email and phone for any updates or reminders from us.
